Who We Are
We're a team of former yacht Chefs, Chief Stewards and Pursers, with firsthand experience living and working in some of the most complex and remote destinations of the Pacific - Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and beyond. The Pacific is a different world to provisioning in the Mediterranean - pulling into the next port and calling a local supplier simply isn't an option out here.
Our multi-city Australian base and established supply chain gives us direct access to the surrounding islands, so we can ensure your guests receive the quality and variety they expect, no matter where you're headed.
A bit about us
Pacific Provisions was founded by former yacht crew who've lived the challenges of sourcing premium quality, specialty produce and products in remote Pacific destinations - so we get it. Our in-depth knowledge of food, wine, and the region's cultural and logistical complexities means we can deliver a personalised service that genuinely sets us apart.
We love local
Our aim is to source the finest produce the Pacific has to offer — and share it with our clients. From Papua New Guinean vanilla bean and highland coffee, to Australian Wagyu beef and Shiraz, New Zealand lamb and Pinot Noir, we seek out the best of what's grown and produced in our own backyard. We partner with small local producers along the way, because supporting the communities we operate in is at the heart of what we do
Environmental statement
We are privileged that the regions we operate in are some of the most pristine and beautiful on the planet - and we intend to keep them that way. We reuse, recycle, and choose eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, because the places we work in deserve nothing less. Pacific Provisions also support clean water initiatives and ocean clean-ups, and we're always looking for ways to do more.
