We're a collection of former yacht Chefs, Chief Stewards and Pursers, with experience living and operating in complex and remote destinations such as Papua New Guinea, The Solomon Islands and other Pacific destinations. Provisioning in these regions is not as simple as cruising into the next port and calling a local supplier. 

Our Australian base and established supply chain allows us direct access to a number of surrounding islands to ensure you receive the quality of products your guests expect. 

Due to demand, we've also extended our services to branch outside of the Pacific, to include the Maldives.
